Additionally, we use HubSpot as a third-party service provider. HubSpot helps us manage our marketing efforts, including the automation of marketing communications and the analysis of marketing data. We have agreements with HubSpot to ensure that your data is handled securely and in compliance with applicable laws.

How Long?

What Data?


We process data related to employees of companies that are customers or suppliers to Ebb. This data may include name, title, employer, contact information, job description, project description, billing information, and payment details.

Who Gets Access?

Data that we process to fulfill our contract with the customer you are employed by or contracted with is processed as long as necessary to administer the contractual relationship, exercise our rights, and fulfill our obligations. Any data related to payment and required by accounting laws is processed for seven (7) years according to the Accounting Act.

Your personal data as an employee or contractor of a supplier to us, or as a sole trader, is processed in accordance with the agreement with the supplier for invoice management, payment, and administration of the contractual relationship, handling of deliveries, and contact and communication. When we process your personal data as an employee or contractor, we do so based on a legitimate interest assessment. Our legitimate interest is to be able to administer agreements and fulfill our obligations to our suppliers (your employer or contractor).

Who Gets Access?


Your personal data is primarily shared with IT and system providers who provide development and support for our systems and cloud services.

How Long?


Personal data that we process to fulfill our contract with you/the supplier you are employed by or contracted with is processed as long as necessary to administer the contractual relationship, exercise our rights, and fulfill our obligations to you/the supplier you are employed by or contracted with. If your employment or assignment with the supplier or with us ends, we will stop processing your personal data as soon as we receive such information from the supplier. Any data related to payment and required by accounting laws is processed for seven (7) years according to the Accounting Act.
