In the next two years we will see the equivalent of 50 years of technological progress. Why is that a problem? Because traditional strategy can not keep up with a rapidly changing world. Businesses need to evolve, but they are stuck in an old paradigm.
We have a problem.

In the next two years we will see the equivalent of 50 years of technological progress. Why is that a problem? Because traditional strategy can not keep up with a rapidly changing world. Businesses need to evolve, but they are stuck in an old paradigm.

We have seen companies struggling with the same issues — stagnant growth, lack of long-term vision, and reactivity instead of proactivity — for a long time. We believe there is a better way. That is why we started Ebb. Because we believe in being proactive instead of reactive. And we believe that by uniting strategic foresight with creativity and design, we can help businesses not just adapt, but lead through change.

How do we fix the problem?

By transforming from the old way of doing things, into a new one. By adapting a new strategic framework together we will not just be future-ready, but future-forming.

We named the solution Ebb.

To us, ebb is a great symbol of natural cycles of change and renewal. Just as the tide recedes to make way for new opportunities, we help businesses embrace change in a stable, optimistic way. Also, Ebb is short, works in multiple languages, and it kind of zigs when others zag. What is not to love?

When to reach out?

If you are struggling with stagnant growth, a lack of vision, or need innovative strategies to continue to grow, we are here to help. We specialize in transforming today's realities into futures worth fighting for. That way, you do not have to stay ahead of the curve, but define it.

Stay tuned for a curated selection of insights on transformation from four key perspectives: business, brand, culture, and experience.

Take care!

There is something about water

The way it moves, reflects, transforms — and how we’re drawn to it from the very beginning. As children, we play in it without questioning its depth or force. There seems to be an endless amount of learnings to draw from the sea, not just for what it shows us — but for what it reveals when it pulls back.

Why change efforts fail and what to do about it.

At Ebb, we love making ideas tangible. Some even make it onto our walls, just check out our Culture Pages. This is not about us being in the business of plastering feel-good slogans everywhere, empty inspiration doesn’t drive change, action does.
